This week was Christmas and I was a bit sad for missing it in the States. It's one of my favorite holidays and I love putting up the Christmas tree and going to tree lighting ceremonies. But I guess Seoul was festive enough to fill that void for me this year. I got a white Christmas weekend!!! I was really excited about that and experienced for the first time snow falling and covering the ground until it was white.
My co-worker and I just wanted to order one portion since we knew it was a lot, but the manager kept saying no and insisted we order two portions. This came out more than enough for us. -_-

One of my student's gave me a Christmas present!!! So cute of here. It was a jewelry box.
I come home one morning to find a nice package in my mail! Maria Kieu I love you!!! <3 onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiaFo7upTcpNwoA5ja2rEtX2G9jseOJnsxVmHT9Wj370ceWP83pLAdvSV7YvTfzHmWAyzpTr7K_1V7PdQvCmk01y6rszPcD46p2ZEhEucQq2dLJiHmCDYB7RiUY4_V0Q11NqvSCyzEn48I/s1600-h/IMG_2153.JPG">
More books! Yay. Hearing that I didn't have enough books to read Jin got me more! I'm excited to get started on all of them.

One of my Korean co-teachers, Angela, made these pocky like sticks for Christmas. They were so good!
OMG! Good Mexican food!!! I'm addicted to this place. It actually tastes Mexican. It's not close to me but it is worth the trek into Seoul to get some.

After the banquet, we had a round 2, and then a round 3 of karaoke!!! This definitely defines Korea. Haha.
The girliest phone ever but the cheapest one there was and I didn't want the black one. Haha.
One of the performances during banquet to the song Ring Ding Dong. I hear this song everywhere, it's starting to get to me. Darn blogger won't let me upload my co-workers' performance video. I guess it's too long, but it was an acoustic mash up of: I Don't Care, Fire, Chocolate Love, and G. They got second place for the performance!!!
